When you feel overwhelmed you should not do 9 things

When you feel overwhelmed you should not do so. Or in other words, if you want to increase your tension, then here are nine ways to do it.

 

1. Think negative.

This is especially effective, especially if you make it yourself individually.

 

2. If something bad happens, differentiate that idea.

Do not let any positive thoughts interfere with your destructive mentality.

 

3. While worrying, stop your counterfeit thinking at the point of the biggest serious impact.

After all, worry is like a movie. So make sure you stop the film before it ends. This will help you to have fear and anxiety at the optimum level.

 

4. Live in the future.

We are the only animals on earth who can experience the future before coming. This is like an underlying flight simulator.
