Delhi beat Chennai by 34 runs

Toss won the Chennai Super Kings team and decided to bowl first. Earlier, the Delhi Daredevils team managed to score 162 runs at the loss of 5 wickets in 20 overs due to the hurricane innings of Harshal Patel.
For Delhi Daredevils, Rishabh Pant scored 38 runs in 26 balls. For the same team, Harshal Patel played stormy innings of 36 runs in 16 balls in the end. In response to this goal, the team of Chennai Super Kings managed to score just 128 runs at the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs. Ambati Rayudu scored 50 runs for more than 29 balls for Chennai Super Kings. For the same Delhi Daredevils, Amit Mishra took 2 for 20 in his four overs.

Harshal Patel took the ‘Man of the Match’ and said,“

I think our bowlers have performed very well on this bowling pitch, and especially when the dew also came in the pitch. We executed our plans very well on the field.
For me, more important than playing small kemio in batting is to do well with your four over spell because you can win the match in an over and lose“.
